Canadian Company pioneer in 5G, plans more than 20 markets by 2020 end

Canadian Company pioneer in 5G

Rogers, the Canadian Company pioneer in 5G, started his work in Toronto, downtown Vancouver, Montreal and Ottawa. The Canadian company is expecting to expand, at least to 20 markets, until the end of 2020 and is counting to achieve 600 MHz 5G spectrum, later in the year.

The president and CEO of Rogers ensures that the company is bringing the best of 5G since this technology will be a game changer, by driving Canada’s future in terms of better digitalization and connections.

Rogers is building lots of partnerships and one of them happened in September, where along with the Canadian operator company, Bell Canada and Telus, they signed an agreement with the american telecommunications company, AT&T on the development of Internet of Things.

At IDC’s latest worldwide market study, the Canadian Company pioneer in 5G expects that 5G connections will have a huge increase in the period between 2019 to 2023:

– The expected increase of 5G connections will be from 10 million in 2019 to 1.01 billion in 2023

– CAGR of 217.2%

– At 2023 8,9% will be 5G representation of all mobile communications device connections
