By fulfilling both needs, they did their first matching opportunity. Soon after, Rui left his job and Twoosk was founded.

Twoosk brings a B2B marketplace focused on telecom sector, that finds new owners for unused stocks that are no longer needed, linking companies with overstocks, with who needs them in the shortest possible time. It provides access to a global network of stocks in a transparent way by bringing together different brands and prices, while offering a customer personal support service by email, phone and chat.
Our vision is to be the worlds’ reference for matching opportunities in B2B niche markets and will do it by providing the best tools to match their needs prospering business in a sustainable and transparent way by bringing a circular economy to the telecom and utilities sectors.
This way, we started our journey by testing our business model in the telecom sector in Portugal and now we have already acquired over 25 partners in 11 countries and products worth €6M. We have made deliveries to countries such as Germany, France, Lebanon, Dubai, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Finland, Cyprus, Austria and United Kingdom and we plan to expand to other utilities in the nearby future.
