Will telcos be able to sell online?

The lockdowns forced operators to start selling online however 70% of those surveyed state that they still generate revenues mostly from physical stores and call centers.

Nevertheless, they still want to become more digitalized since selling online is less costly than physical sales channels, bring better success rates and allow better targeting.
